This week we will begin our series in the Gospel of Mark. This will be the first time we have gone through one of the Gospel's, and we are excited get started on this year or so journey of studying the life and work of Jesus. 

Sunday we will see how John the Baptist prepared the way for Jesus in the wilderness, preaching a baptism of repentance, and how one was coming who was greater than himself who would baptize His people in the Holy Spirit. Our sermon text for this week will be Mark 1:1-8.
